RUNNING LATE:
Please arrive on time for your appointment to guarantee you are able to receive your full service. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment as a courtesy to your service provider and other clients. Please call to inform us if you think you may be late.
No-Show & Cancellation:
As a courtesy to you, we will confirm your appointment the day before you are scheduled. Please give a 24-hour notice, should you need to change your appointment. To best serve our clients and our staff, a charge equal to 50% of the booked appointment value may apply to cancellations or no-shows with less than 24-hours’ notice.
SERVICE FEE:
As of August 1st, 2021, we have added a $2 service fee for all guests. The service fee is not paid by your service provider but will be added to your total ticket.

Eric Fisher Salon accepts American Express, Discover, Visa, Mastercard, cash and checks.
Gratuities:
Gratuity is customary for good service and is left to the discretion of the guest.
